    What is the Circle Space?

    Our Circles are safe spaces where people can talk about the things which are important, difficult or you can learn from. These are small, safe groups where you can find support through shared experiences, listening and kindness.

    The Circles are for people who would value the chance to talk through the challenges they are facing with others who going through similar things.

    The Circles are where you can listen and be heard. Find and give support. Breathe and tell your stories. Learn from and share knowledge.

    It’s also time out for you, giving you space out of your normal day, where you can unwind, have a ‘micro-retreat’. It’s the permission you need to carve out some dedicated space just for you.

    The Circles are only an hour or two, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Space to dial down the stress and rebuild your resilience.

    Each Circle has a theme and we encourage you to join us for 4 sessions to begin with, so we can build your community and create a small tribe together. But dropping in to one to see how it feels is ok too!

    It’s not always easy to talk about loss, grief or traumatic events with those close to us. In this Circle you will have the space to open up with people who see you, because although each loss is unique, they have lived theirs too.  

    Coaching Circle

    Whether you looking for professional support, skills sharing or a soundboard for challenges, this popular Circle gives Coaching professionals valuable connection as they navigate their often solitary but important role.

    Evening Retreat Circle

    Join us once a month for two hours of relaxing self-care. Each session will have a different theme- and all of them will about you learning different ways to take care of yourself – from DIY stress busting facials to aromatherapy mood boosters.

    When I arrived in Javea I turned up frazzled and a little lonely at a baby group with my year-old daughter. Little did I know it at the time, but I left that day having met my tribe. Bonding with other mums is so important. Find yours here.

    Finding your tribe isn’t easy when you move to a new area. This Circle is great way to make some initial connections, and we’ll have a theme each week so there won’t be any awkward silences!

    Finding your tribe isn’t easy when you move to a new area. This Circle is great way to make some initial connections, and we’ll have a theme each week so there won’t be any awkward silences!

    Home School Circle

    Home schoolers are masters of creating networks, but it’s not easy to ‘edu-tain’ every day and it can take its toll! Beg, steal or borrow a babysitter, and add this supportive Circle to your calendar. Share the highs and lows, ideas, tips and gain the support you deserve to ‘refill your cup’.

    Creative Circles

    ‘Busy hands calm minds’- from vision boards to creative journaling, this group will help you focus your mind and let your creativity flow.

    Survivors Circle

    When you’ve been through so much, sometimes you just need the space to be. This gentle group will be where you need it, talking, tears or tantrums. We’ll hold you however you are.

    Online Working Circle

    Hard to get going on a Monday? Clear your emails first thing then drop in between 12 and 2pm. Share what you’re working on this week, brainstorm on challenges and follow up on each other’s progress.
